Tokyo : Shiru Be Izakaya

In Japan, I love to dine at izakayas. I love the ambience. My good friend Junko told me she's gonna take me for dinner to a really cool place I will enjoy. She was right. This particular izakaya is by far my favorite. It's so popular that you usually have to make reservations in advance; this place is Shiru Be. It is so hidden, you gotta walk pass some shops to the back of the building, exit the building, walk on a small bridge to the next building, go through a tiny door and go down to the basement. Cool isn't it!

I was told the brewery is strategically located not far from Mount Fuji, where the water they use for the beer process is extremely fresh and flows from Mount Fuji. What more can you ask for?

Tokyo : Japanese High School Girls

It was like a blind date. LOL! My Japanese friend's friend set me up to meet 2 Japanese high school girls in Ikebukuro for a casual shoot. It was really fun but hard for us to communicate actually as they don't speak much English. They came to meet me after school. So sweet of them.

Just like sushi and sashimi are the must have when one is in Japan, a Japanese high school girl in her uniform is like the 8th wonder of the world! LOL!
